The biblical confession is that YHWH is one, alone created all things, and knows no God beside himself.
Any doctrine of Christ must preserve that confession rather than quietly changing the meaning of one.
The invisible God made himself known
No man has seen God as Spirit. Yet the Son is the image of the invisible God and the express image of his person.
Colossians 2:9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
Father and Son are not interchangeable terms
Father identifies the eternal Spirit. Son identifies the holy human life conceived and born in time. The distinction is real, but it does not divide God.
